Consultation with subject matter experts and interested stakeholders will be undertaken with a view to developing an ACTPS-wide Policy that may provide for additional entitlements for ACTPS employees in such circumstances. The Chief Minister and Treasury Directorate will commence this work in consultation with ACTPS workplace unions not later than six months from the commencement of this Agreement.
