Further Deliveries by Seller. At or promptly following the Closing, but in no event later than ten (10) days thereafter, Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser, in the manner and form and to the location(s) reasonably specified by Purchaser, at Seller’s expense, the Transferred Assets listed on Exhibit B hereto which were not delivered to Seller on the Closing Date. Seller shall transfer and assign the Product NDA to Purchaser as set forth in Section 5.1.
