They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of action after the 49 employee has indicated that he or she does not desire to pursue a grievance. The Chapter will only be able to 1 continue the grievance after a majority vote of the Executive Board and notification to the District. They may 2 consult with the District on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.
