Further Documentation Required. The Subscriber agrees to execute and deliver all documentation as may be required from time to time by applicable securities legislation or by the applicable Fund, as the case may be, to permit the purchase of the Units on the terms herein set forth and the Subscriber will deliver such releases or any other documents for income tax purposes, if any, as from time to time may be required by the Manager.
