Further Electorate Approval. At the request of Tenant, Landlord shall have taken such actions as are necessary to submit to the voters of Landlord’s district a measure proposing the sale of the Fee Estate to Tenant, as contemplated under this Lease, in accordance with Section 32121(p)(1) of the California Health and Safety Code and applicable provisions of the California Elections Code, and the voters shall have approved such sale.
