FURTHER ENGAGEMENTS. 11.1. The Parties respectively agree to execute and deliver such further instruments, papers and documents and to take the necessary measures that may reasonably be necessary or as may reasonably be requested for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Agreement. 11.2. This Agreement shall be binding upon to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective duly authorized representatives, providing they have agreed to be bound.
