Common use of Further Notes Clause in Contracts

Further Notes. The Issuer may from time to time with the consent of the Borrower and without the consent of the Noteholders create and issue further notes or bonds either ranking pari passu with the Notes in all respects (or in all respects except for the first payment of interest thereon) and so that such further issue is consolidated and forms a single series with the notes or bonds of any series of the Issuer (including the Notes) or upon such other terms as the Issuer may determine, with the consent of the Borrower, at the time of their issue. Any further notes or bonds forming a single series with the outstanding notes or bonds of any series of the Issuer (including the Notes) constituted by the Trust Deed will, and any other notes or bonds of the Issuer may (with the consent of the Trustee), be constituted by a deed supplemental to the Trust Deed. This Trust Deed contains provisions for convening a single meeting of Noteholders and the holders of notes or bonds of other series in certain circumstances where the Trustee so decides.
