Common use of Further Notes Clause in Contracts

Further Notes. The Issuer may, without the consent of the Noteholders, raise further funds, from time to time, on any date by the creation and issue of further notes (Further Notes) carrying the same terms and conditions in all respects (or in all respects except for the first Interest Period) as, and so that the same shall be consolidated and form a single series and rank pari passu with the relevant class of the Notes provided that:
