Further procedures for meetings. Subject to all other provisions contained in this deed, the Trustee may without the consent of the Noteholders of a Trust or any Class prescribe such further regulations regarding the holding of meetings of the Noteholders of a Trust or any Class of Noteholders and attendance and voting at such meetings as the Trustee may with the agreement of the Trust Manager determine including particularly (but without prejudice to the generality of the above) such regulations and requirements as the Trustee thinks reasonable:
