Further rights to terminate. 33.1 You may terminate this Agreement before the end of the Period of Residence provided you: 33.1.1 give to Accommodation Services Officer not less than four weeks written notice of your intention to terminate and, in the notice, you specify the End Date; 33.1.2 are able to find a suitable replacement occupier who is not already in accommodation provided by us and who will occupy the Accommodation immediately after you have left. The suitability of the proposed replacement occupier will be determined by us (acting reasonably) on a case by case basis but will be someone with the same qualifying status for any student applying to reside in student accommodation for the start of a term. and who has entered into a legally binding agreement with us to occupy the Accommodation with effect from the End Date; and 33.1.3 have paid, in full on or before the End Date, all of the Residence Fees due under this Agreement up to and including the End Date. You may terminate this Agreement if you withdraw from your course of study and you satisfy the following conditions: 33.1.4 you give to Accommodation Services Officer not less than four weeks written notice of your intention to terminate this Agreement and, in the notice, you specify the End Date; and 33.1. 5 you enclose with your notice a copy of our official withdrawal/interruption of studies form issued by the relevant faculty office; and
