Common use of Further Supply Contract Clause in Contracts

The Customer shall not enter into any contract or arrangement for the purposes of clause 18.1, unless: (a) SunWater has agreed to an amendment of this Agreement on terms acceptable to SunWater in its absolute discretion; and (b) where necessary, SunWater has entered into a supply contract with another person on terms acceptable to SunWater in its absolute discretion.
