Power Supply. Electric Power supply for carrying out his work shall be arranged by contractor on his own cost at the site and energy charges shall be borne by the contractor.

Power Supply. 2.4.1 Subject to availability, EMPLOYER will supply power at 400/440 V at only one point at the nearest sub-station, from where the CONTRACTOR will make his own arrangement for temporary distribution. The point of supply will not be more than 500 m away from the CONTRACTOR'S premises. All the works will be done as per the applicable regulations and passed by the ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE. The temporary line will be removed forthwith after the completion of work or if there is any hindrance caused to the other works due to the alignment of these lines, the CONTRACTOR will re-route or remove the temporary lines at his own cost. The CONTRACTOR at his cost will also provide suitable electric meters, fuses, switches, etc. for purposes of payment to the EMPLOYER which should be in the custody and control of the EMPLOYER. The cost of power supply shall be payable to the EMPLOYER every month for Construction Works power which would be deducted from the running account bills. The EMPLOYER shall not, however, guarantee the supply of electricity nor have any liability in respect thereof. No claim for compensation for any failure or short supply of electricity will be admissible.
Power Supply. 13.1Power supply is provided by the Licensor unless specified by the Licensor. The Licensee shall not be permitted to tap electricity from any of the electrical switch rooms, distribution boards, power points or other electrical distribution outlets located at or around the Station premises;
Power Supply. After the DPU approves the Aggregation Plan, the next step is to procure an energy supply contract. The Town will solicit bids from leading competitive suppliers, including those currently supplying aggregations in Massachusetts and other states. The RFP will require that the supplier satisfy key threshold criteria, including: - Licensed by the DPU - Strong financial background - Experience serving the Massachusetts competitive market or municipal aggregations in other states - Demonstrated ability, supported by references, to provide strong customer service In addition, suppliers will be required to agree to the substantive terms and conditions of a Competitive Electric Service Agreement, substantially in the form of the Town’s model Competitive Electric Service Agreement. The agreement requires the supplier to: - Provide all-requirements service - Allow customers to exit the program at any time with no fee - Agree to specified customer service standards - Comply with all requirements of the DPU and the local distribution company The Town will solicit price bids from suppliers that meet the threshold criteria and agree to the terms and conditions prescribed in the Competitive Electric Service Agreement. The Town will request bids for a variety of terms and for power from different sources. If none of the bids are satisfactory, the Town will reject all bids and repeat the solicitation as often as needed until market conditions yield a price that is acceptable to the Town. The Town will only accept a bid that enables it to launch the aggregation with a price that is equal to or less than the Basic Service price.
Power Supply. The Company will be solely responsible for obtaining and paying all costs for electrical power for its equipment. The Company shall either (1) obtain the written agreement of the electrical power provider that such provider will not look to the City for payment of such costs of electrical power even if the Company fails to pay such costs, or (2) deposit an additional amount into the Security Fund for each Base Station it installs equal to one year of reasonably estimated charges for electrical power to such Base Station (the City and the Company to reasonably agree on such reasonably estimated charges prior to installation of such Base Station). In any event, Base Station equipment must be designed so that power usage by the Base Station can be shut off remotely, without climbing up to the antenna or equipment box.
Power Supply. The Contractor shall arrange, provide and maintain a power supply with adequate outlets distributed about the Site for executing the work under the Contract (both for construction and testing). At Practical Completion, the Contractor shall arrange to close such power supply account. The Contractor shall pay all costs and charges in connection with the power supply incurred up to and including the date of Practical Completion. Where the mains supply of electricity is not available at the Site, the Contractor shall allow and arrange to provide a suitable alternative power supply.
Power Supply. The Owner must ensure the design of the Transfer Facilities provides for the supply of power adjacent to the loading facilities, including where applicable, the provision of a power supply on the departure side of the load out suitable for use by an overload removal system, the Veneering Equipment and a load profiling system consistent with this Agreement and Schedule 7.
