Further Term. (a) The School Council may renew this Licence for the Further Term(s) listed in Item 7 if:

Further Term. If the Customer gives BIL a Notice of Renewal within the Option Exercise Period, the rights and obligations under this Agreement (except for the rights and obligations under this Clause 5) will be extended for the Further Term unless:
