Further Term. If the Customer gives BIL a Notice of Renewal within the Option Exercise Period, the rights and obligations under this Agreement (except for the rights and obligations under this Clause 5) will be extended for the Further Term unless:
Further Term. (a) The School Council may renew this Licence for the Further Term(s) listed in Item 7 if: (i) there is no unremedied breach of this Licence by the Licensee of which the School Council has given the Licensee notice; (ii) the Licensee has not persistently committed breaches of this Licence of which the School Council has given the Licensee notice; and (iii) the Licensee has made a written request for the renewal to the School Council, not earlier than 12 months and not later than three months before the Expiry Date. (b) Each Further Term: (i) commences on the date that the then current Term ends; (ii) will be on the same terms and conditions as this Licence (other than any changes to the Licence Fees applicable at a Review Date and excluding, in respect of the final Further Term, this clause 4).
Further Term. Unless a Further Term(s) is provided in Item 13, there is no option to renew this Lease.
Further Term. (a) The School Council may at its discretion extend this Licence for one or more Further Term(s) if: (i) there is no unremedied breach of this Licence by the Licensee of which the School Council has given the Licensee notice; (ii) the Licensee has not persistently committed breaches of this Licence of which the School Council has given the Licensee notice; and (iii) the Licensee has made a written request for the renewal to the School Council, not earlier than six
Further Term. If there is a Further Term, then Special Condition 1 applies to this Lease.
Further Term. One (1) further term of three (3) years. 6.1. The Tenant may exercise its option to renew the lease for the Further Term by written request to the Landlord before the final date as specified in clause 6.2. 6.2. The final date for exercising the option under clause 6.1 is Monday 15th October 2018. 6.3. The renewed lease will be for the duration of the Further Term, and will be governed by the same terms and conditions as this agreement unless the parties agree otherwise. 6.4. Rent payable for the Further Term will be determined by the parties prior to renewal of the lease for the Further Term. 6.5. At least six (6) months, and no more than twelve (12) months, prior to the final date specified in clause 6.2, the Landlord must write to the Tenant notifying it of the final date. 6.6. The Landlord does not have to comply with clause 6.5 if the Tenant exercises or purports to exercise the option before being notified by the Landlord.
Further Term. In the event that prior to the expiration of the current Term the Licensor determines to grant a further licence and if the Licensee under this agreement has performed to the entire satisfaction of the Licensor during the current Term of this licence, the Licensor will give the Licensee the option to take the following further term of this licence on conditions satisfactory to both parties: Five years commencing on 1 September, 2026 and terminating on 31 August, 2031.
Further Term. 14.1 If there is not, at the time the Caretaker gives notice under this clause nor at the end of the Term, an outstanding breach of this Agreement by the Caretaker entitling the Body Corporate to terminate it, the Caretaker may by giving written notice to the Body Corporate not later than three calendar months nor earlier than six calendar months prior to the expiration of the Term, extend or renew this Agreement for the Further Term, otherwise upon the same conditions as are contained in this Agreement with the exception of this clause 14 which will be deleted. 14.2 No option may be exercised unless the option in a Related Agreement is exercised.
Further Term. Subject to: (a) the Service Provider not being in breach of any provision of this Agreement; and (b) the consent of the Service Recipient, the Service Provider may by written notice to the Service Recipient, given at least one month but not earlier than 6 months prior to expiry of the Term, extend the Term of the Contract for the Further Term.
