ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Corporation hereby engages the Consultant for the Term to perform the following services:
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. 3.1 The TDC hereby engages the Consultant and the Consultant xxxxxx agrees to perform the Consultancy Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Company hereby engages and retains the Consultant to render to the Company the strategic product sourcing services described in Section 2 hereof (the "Services") for a period of twelve months commencing on the date hereof (the "Consulting Period").
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Authority hereby engages the services of the Consultant and the Consultant agrees to perform in a good and skillful manner and in accordance with the directions and subject to the approval of the Executive Director of the Authority, (hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Director"), all the necessary professional services for the PROJECT (hereinafter known as the "Project") as further set forth in ARTICLE III - SERVICES OF THE CONSULTANT of this Contract.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. The Company hereby engages and retains the Consultant to render to the Company the financial services described in Section 2 hereof (the "Financial Services") for the period of two years commencing on the consummation of the Offering (the "Consulting Period").
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. (a) By its execution of this Agreement, the Company hereby engages Consultant to perform the specific services set forth on Schedule A attached hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time during the Term hereof ("Schedule A"), and such other services as the Company may reasonably request from time to time during the Term (as hereinafter defined) of this Agreement (collectively, the "Services"), subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
ENGAGEMENT OF THE CONSULTANT. (a) The Company hereby agrees to engage the Consultant, and the Consultant hereby agrees to serve, as a consultant to the Company on the terms and conditions set forth herein during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on July 15, 1998.
