Further to Section I. 3.g.1 of the Contract, Provider shall provide Support and Maintenance for the Platform in connection with its use by the Authorized Users and the Public Users as set forth in Exhibit B (the “Support and Maintenance Services”). (i) Provider represents and warrants that the Authorized Services will be, throughout the Term, performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws that may be applicable to Provider’s duties under this Contract, and Provider is and will remain in compliance with any laws of the Commonwealth and other governmental authorities applicable or implicated by the subject matter of this Contract, including, without limitation, the statutes referenced in this Contract. Provider represents and warrants that Provider is, and will remain during the Term, in compliance with all applicable laws of the Commonwealth.
