Common use of Future Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Future Cooperation. Executive agrees that, notwithstanding the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive upon reasonable notice will make himself available to Company or its designated representatives for the purposes of: (a) providing information regarding the projects and files on which Executive worked for the purpose of transitioning such projects; and (b) providing information regarding any other matter, file, project and/or client with whom Executive was involved while employed by Company.

Future Cooperation. Executive agrees that, notwithstanding the termination of Executive’s employmentemployment on the Termination Date, Executive upon reasonable notice will make himself available to Company or its designated representatives for the purposes of: (a) providing information regarding the projects and files on which Executive worked for the purpose of transitioning such projects; and (b) providing information regarding any other matter, file, project and/or client with whom Executive was involved while employed by Company.

Future Cooperation. Executive agrees that, notwithstanding the termination of Executive’s employmentemployment on the Termination Date, Executive upon reasonable notice will make himself available to Company Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates or its designated representatives for the purposes of: (a) providing information regarding the projects and files on which Executive worked for the purpose of transitioning such projects; and (b) providing information regarding any other matter, file, project project, customer and/or client with whom Executive was involved while employed by Company.

Executive agrees that, notwithstanding the termination of Executive’s employmentemployment (the date of termination of Executive’s employment (whether on or before the Agreed Termination Date) being referred to as the “Termination Date”), Executive upon reasonable notice will make himself available to Company or its designated representatives for the purposes of: (a) providing information regarding the projects and files on which Executive worked for the purpose of transitioning such projects; and (b) providing information regarding any other matter, file, project and/or client with whom Executive was involved while employed by Company.

Future Cooperation. Upon reasonable advance notice from Company, following the Termination Date Executive agrees that, notwithstanding the termination of Executive’s employment, Executive upon reasonable notice will shall make himself reasonably available to Company or its designated representatives for the purposes of: (a) providing information regarding the projects and files on which Executive worked for the purpose of transitioning such projects; and (b) providing information and/or testimony regarding any other matter, file, project and/or client with whom Executive was involved while employed by Company.
