Future Expansion Related. 13.9.1 The Purchaser accepts, acknowledges and confirms that the Promoter shall have the sole and exclusive rights and benefits in respect of all or any additional construction, addition or alteration that may be available at any time in future at or for the Project including additional floors/storeys on the buildings and other vertical and horizontal expansion and commercial exploitation. 13.9.2 The Promoter may make further additions and alterations to the Building Plans without affecting the Unit or reducing the amenities and facilities mentioned in Schedule D. The Promoter shall take any further consent, if required, from the Purchaser at the appropriate time if and to the extent required under the Act and which such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Purchaser hereby authorizes and empowers the Promoter to do so as the attorney of the Purchaser.
