Future Expenses. Subject to Section 6.2.4 below, within thirty (30) days after its receipt of each invoice from Harvard, Licensee shall reimburse Harvard for all documented, out-of-pocket expenses inclined by Harvard pursuant to Section 6.2.1, including those incurred between the end of the Past Expense Period and the Original Effective Date.

Future Expenses. Borrowers shall pay on demand, whether any Event of Default hereunder shall have occurred and regardless of whether any proceeding to enforce the same shall have been commenced, the Bank's standard loan fees as set from time to time by notice to the Bank's customers generally, all costs and expenses of the Bank, including, without limitation, all fees and disbursements of counsel to the Bank, incurred in connection with the enforcement of the Documents, including any appeals, any waivers or consents in connection herewith or the preparation of any amendment to or modification of the Documents.
Future Expenses. Cause to be paid all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneysfees of special counsel and local or other counsel) incurred by you in connection with any amendments, waivers or consents under or in respect of this Agreement, the Note, or any of the Operative Documents (whether or not such amendment, waiver or consent becomes effective) (i) in connection with the clarification of any ambiguity or conflict in the Operative Documents, (ii) any amendment proposed by the Licensee or Maker, or (iii) incurred in any manner with respect to any act of the Licensee or Maker, including, without limitation: (a) the costs and expenses incurred in enforcing or defending (or determining whether or how to enforce or defend) any rights under this Agreement, the Note, or the Pass-Through Certificates or in responding to any subpoena or other legal process or informal investigative demand issued on connection with this Agreement, the Note, or the Pass-Through Certificates, or by reason of being an owner of any Pass-Through Certificates, and (b) the costs and expenses, including financial advisors’, engineers’ and the fees of other professionals, incurred in connection with the insolvency or bankruptcy of Maker or any affiliates or in connection with any work-out or restructuring of the transactions contemplated hereby and by the Pass-Through Certificates.
Future Expenses. Upon request from the Series E Holders holding at least one million (1,000,000) shares of Registrable Securities calculated on an as-converted to Common Stock basis (as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends and recapitalizations after the date hereof), the Company shall reimburse Series E Holders (i) up to $7,500 in the aggregate for reasonable documented fees and expenses of one counsel selected by the Series E Holders to review transaction documents on their behalf in connection with each future financing transaction of the Company involving gross proceeds to the Company of at least $1,000,000 and (ii) up to $30,000 in the aggregate for reasonable documented fees and expenses of one counsel selected by the Series E Holders to review transaction documents on their behalf in connection with any merger, acquisition or other change of control transaction involving the Company (other than equity financing transactions) or the sale or other transfer of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets.

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with base pay and shall have their authorized expenses paid.
