Cyber incident damage assessment activities If DoD elects to conduct a damage assessment, the Contracting Officer will request that the Contractor provide all of the damage assessment information gathered in accordance with paragraph (e) of this clause.

Immersion of Your Covered Product is not covered under this Agreement. ADH only covers operational or mechanical failure caused by a single incident while handling and does not include protection against theft, mysterious disappearance, misplacement, viruses or reckless, abusive, willful or intentional misconduct associated with handling and/or use of the Covered Product, cosmetic damage and/or other damage that does not affect the unit’s functionality, damage caused during shipment between You and Our service providers and any other limitations listed in the “What is Not Covered” section of this Agreement. For the purpose of this Agreement, Accidental Damage is defined as a single, unexpected, sudden and unintentional event and does not include accumulated damage from continual or multiple events. The use of this coverage requires an explanation of where and when the Accidental Damage occurred as well as a detailed description of the actual event. If needed, the replacement value of the Covered Product will be solely determined by the Administrator of this Agreement.
Data Incidents Merchant must report all instances of a Data Incident (as defined in the American Express Merchant Operating Guide) immediately to ISO after discovery of the incident. Merchant must ensure data quality and that Transaction Data and customer information is processed promptly, accurately, and completely, and complies with the American Express Technical Specifications. THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY ISO ONLY. Bank shall not have any obligation or liability of any nature in connection with such services. PART THREE

Breaches and Security Incidents During the term of the Agreement, CONTRACTOR 27 agrees to implement reasonable systems for the discovery of any Breach of unsecured DHCS PI and PII 28 or security incident. Meals and Incidental Expenses Employee meals and incidental expenses while on travel status within the continental U.S. are in accordance with the federal per diem rates published by the General Services Administration. Incidental expenses include tips to maids, hotel staff, and shuttle drivers and other minor travel expenses. Per diem rates are available at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx. Per diem for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and international destinations are provided separately by the Department of State and will be determined as required.
Reporting Incidents The Interconnection Parties shall report to each other in writing as soon as practical all accidents or occurrences resulting in injuries to any person, including death, and any property damage arising out of the Interconnection Service Agreement.
