Future Long-Term Incentive Compensation. Commencing in 2021, and subject to Section 2.4(d) herein and Executive’s continued employment, Executive shall be eligible to participate in and receive long-term incentive, equity, and/or equity-based awards under the Stock Plan in the sole discretion of the Board or the Compensation Committee.
