Common use of Future Month Quantity Amendments Clause in Contracts

Future Month Quantity Amendments. In accordance with Section 3.10, volume(s) of natural gas designated to be purchased at the Index Gas Price on the most recent Exhibit B may be amended by execution of Exhibit C (Confirmation Of Amendments to Scheduled Gas Volumes) and attaching a revised Exhibit B at any time no less than two (2) weeks prior to the month for which the change is to be effective. The amended Exhibit B volume(s) shall not be effective until the GLO acknowledges its approval in writing.
