Future Program Guidance. In addition to complying with the Hoosier Care Connect Policies and Procedures Manual, the Contractor must operate in compliance with future program manuals, guidance and policies and procedures, as well as any amendments thereto, at no additional cost to FSSA. Future modifications that have a significant impact on the Contractor’s responsibilities, as set forth in this Scope of Work, will be made through the Contract amendment process.
