Future Updates. Esri reserves the right to update the list of Products in Table A—List of Products by providing written notice to Customer. Customer may continue to use all Products that have been Deployed, but support and upgrades for deleted items may not be available. As new Products are incorporated into the standard program, they will be offered to Customer via written notice for incorporation into the Products schedule at no additional charge. Customer's use of new or updated Products requires Customer to adhere to applicable additional or revised terms and conditions in the Master Agreement.

Esri and Distributor may update the list of Education Products in Appendix A by making new or updated Products available to Institution as Esri incorporates new or updated Products into the standard education institution program. Institution acknowledgment is not required to activate the modifications. Authorized Users' use of new or updated Education Products is subject to the Master Agreement and the terms and conditions herein. Licensee may continue to use all Enterprise Products that have been Deployed, but support and upgrades for deleted items may not be available. As new Enterprise Products are incorporated into the standard program, they will be offered to Licensee via written notice for incorporation into the Enterprise Products schedule at no additional charge. Future Updates. When you purchase a font, you get all future updates for free. Xxxx may stop working on the font at any time and is not obligated to continue making the font available for access or download. DESKTOP RIGHTS You can install the fonts on the number of computers for which you purchased a license as long as those computers belong to you. You can use the fonts for making printed documents, physical objects that are not letter-shaped, visual identities, packaging, POS materials, logos, animations, videos, and PDF files. You can use Illustrator and other design software to convert text to outlines and modify the letters for creating logos. If you’re creating a logo or something for a third party like a client, they don’t need to have their own license unless they are going to actually have the font files on their computer, website, etc. BROADCASTING LICENSE You are permitted to use the fonts in the creation of media and assets for all forms of motion pictures that includes but is not limited to: TV, cinema, video, public advertising, online, and streaming media for public broadcast etc. The Broadcasting License can only be used in addition to a Desktop License for the amount of computers that the fonts are used on. The Broadcasting License is similar to the Web License in the way that you purchase a license for the amount of viewers ( viewers correspond to the same amount of visitors in Web License ) you will have. Should the number of viewers exceed the licensed amount, an upgrade to the license must be purchased. WEB RIGHTS To use the fonts online you can use the webfonts with @font-face on the desired website up to the numbers of visitors for whom you purchased the license. Should the number of visitors exceed the licensed amount, an upgrade to the license must be purchased. The webfonts are provided in WOFF and WOFF2 format. You are not permitted to convert the fonts in any other format. If an alternative format is preferred, please get in contact with Xxxx. APP & EMBEDDING LICENSE You are permitted to embed the fonts into the number of apps or e-books for whom you purchased the license. In case you want to embed the fonts into operating systems, electronic devices, games or any kind of templates, please get in contact with Xxxx. FORBIDDEN USAGE You are not allowed to use fonts for any discriminatory purposes, to incite ethnic hatred or calls for violence. If you want to do this, buy a different font.
Future Updates. After delivery of the completed course files, Yukon Learning guarantees our work. Should the course have any functionality or issues resulting from our work, we will complete those corrections free of charge.
a. Should HCA identify changes or updates after final delivery (outside of functionality issues or development corrections), Yukon Learning will provide a quote for the requested changes to be made. These updates will be quoted as an hourly effort based on a discounted time and materials rate of $200/hour and must be approved by HCA prior to commencement of any work.
