Vlastnictví Zdravotnické zařízení si ponechá a bude uchovávat Zdravotní záznamy. Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející převedou na Zadavatele veškerá svá práva, nároky a tituly, včetně práv duševního vlastnictví k Důvěrným informacím (ve smyslu níže uvedeném) a k jakýmkoli jiným Studijním datům a údajům.
MSEA SEIU shall have exclusive rights to payroll deduction of membership dues, service fees, and premiums for current MSEA-SEIU spon- sored insurance programs. Deductions for other programs may be mutually agreed to by the parties.
DUŠEVNÍ VLASTNICTVÍ (a) Any inventions or discoveries (whether patentable or not), innovations, suggestions, ideas, work product, results and reports made or developed by Institution, Investigator and/or Research Staff during the course of this Study shall be promptly disclosed to Sponsor and shall become, be and remain sole and the exclusive property of Sponsor. Institution and Investigator hereby assign and shall ensure all Research Staff assign all right, title, and interest in and to such inventions or discoveries (whether patentable or not), innovations, suggestions, ideas, work product and reports, and all intellectual property rights with respect thereto, to Sponsor, free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances. All such property is intended to be the result of “work for hire” for the benefit of Sponsor. Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející tímto postoupí a zajistí, že veškerý Výzkumný personál postoupí Zadavateli veškerá práva, vlastnická práva a podíly k těmto vynálezům nebo objevům (bez ohledu na to, zda jsou způsobilé k patentování, či nikoli), inovacím, návrhům, nápadům, výsledkům práce, výsledkům a zprávám, a veškerým právům duševního vlastnictví k nim, a zajistí, aby totéž Zadavateli zaručil i veškerý Výzkumný personál, přičemž tyto musí být prosty všech zástavních práv, nároků a věcných břemen.
