Common use of Gaming Law Clause in Contracts

Gaming Law. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, the parties hereto agree and acknowledge that they are subject to and that they shall comply in all respects with the gaming laws of the state of Nevada including the Nevada Gaming Control Act and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Gaming Control Board. To the extent anything in this Agreement is inconsistent with any gaming laws or regulations, the gaming laws and regulations shall control.

Gaming Law. Anything to the contrary herein or in the Employment Agreement notwithstanding, the parties hereto agree and acknowledge that they are subject to and that they shall comply in all respects with the gaming laws of the state State of Nevada Nevada, including the Nevada Gaming Control Act and (or any successor statute) the rules and regulations promulgated by the Nevada Gaming Commission and the State Gaming Control Board. To the extent anything in this Amendment or the Employment Agreement is inconsistent with any gaming laws or regulations, the gaming laws and regulations shall control.

To the extent anything in this Agreement or the Employment Agreement is inconsistent with any gaming laws or regulations, the gaming laws and regulations shall control.
