Gas Failing to Meet Certain Specifications. In the event that Shipper’s Gas does not meet the quality specifications set forth in Exhibit “A”, part C of this Agreement, LMM shall, without cost to Shipper or LMM, blend such Gas with existing production so that the Gas meets the applicable specifications or, in the event blending does not resolve the issue, LMM may shut in the well or xxxxx from which the off-specification Gas is produced and provide Shipper with a temporary release from dedication under this Agreement with respect to such xxxxx.
