Common use of GAS INSTALLATIONS Clause in Contracts

GAS INSTALLATIONS. If required, the SELLER shall at his expense, obtain a Certificate of Conformity from an authorised person, or an approved inspection authority in respect of the gas installations on the property, in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993 and the regulations promulgated there under (as amended from time to time) prior to the registration of transfer.
