Common use of Gbps Clause in Contracts

Gbps. the maximum rate of total bits of throughput (inbound or outbound) per second (measured in Gbps per second units) that the Software, as deployed, is capable of detecting, monitoring, or otherwise acting upon or processing. If multiple instances of the Software are used, then total Gbps is the sum of the maximum rates across all such instances.
