Common use of Gender and Certain References Clause in Contracts

Gender and Certain References. Whenever from the context it appears appropriate, each term stated in either the singular or the plural shall include both the singular and the plural, and pronouns stated in the masculine or the neutral gender shall include the masculine, the feminine and the neutral gender. The terms "hereof," "herein," "herewith," or "hereunder" refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section, or paragraph hereof. The term "include" and derivatives thereof are used in an illustrative sense and not in a limiting sense. The term "or" is not exclusive.
