Gender, Number and Other Terms. In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa, words importing gender shall include all genders and words importing persons shall include individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, Governmental Authorities and other legal or business entities of any kind whatsoever, “or” is not exclusive and the word “including” means “including without limitation” and the word “include” means “include without limitation”.
