Common use of Gender; Number Clause in Contracts

Words used herein, regardless of the number and gender specifically used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context indicates is appropriate. If one or more persons or entities constitute “Issuer Party”, as defined in the introductory paragraph, references to “Issuer Party” in this Agreement shall include references to each Issuer Party individually, together and collectively, jointly and severally.
