Investment Option – A Variable Account offered under the Contract. Loan Account – The account in which the amount equal to the principal amount of a loan and any interest accrued is held to secure any Contract Debt. Loan Account Value – The amount, including any interest accrued, held in the Loan Account to secure any Contract Debt. Net Contract Value – The Contract Value less any Contract Debt. Non-Natural Owner – A corporation or other entity that is not a (natural) person.
