– GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS. 14.1 The PP undertakes to promptly notify the PO, by written declaration, of any change in the data in this agreement and in the application form (change of the institution's name, address or telephone number, contact person, bank data, etc.). Depending on the importance of the changes, they will be the subject of an additional act. The PO reserves the right to request the termination of this agreement if these changes are not brought to its notice within 30 days from the date of their appearance.
