General Admission. Curator, at its sole discretion, may establish a general admission fee policy for the Hjemkomst Viking Ship Exhibit, Stave Church and any program & exhibit including traveling programs & exhibits; said fee will be collected by Curator and utilized at the sole discretion of Curator.
i) A reduced admission fee to be negotiated between Curator and Center Operator will be charged to groups that are renting the facility, whether during operations hours or outside thereof, that request a tour and/or viewing of a video.
ii) Admission fees collected during the Scandinavian Festival will remain with the Scandinavian Festival Committee and be utilized at the sole discretion of the Scandinavian Festival Committee.
iii) In an effort to offset maintenance costs, Center Operator will retain all revenue generated from the rental of the Stave Church.
General Admission. A general admission ticket may be purchased that will permit each individual patron to enter all Night Clubs in Celebrity Square, except those hosting a Special Event (as defined in the Entertainment Rider) ("General Admission Ticket"). In the event of a Special Event, the General Admission Ticket price may be reduced in an amount as determined by Landlord.
General Admission. Customers choose their own seating upon entering the venue. A processing fee of $1.25 per ticket will be charged to the sponsor for all ticket transactions, including complimentary tickets. A fee of $.40 per ticket will be charged for ticket printing. Sponsor will be charged 3.75% of the credit card revenue.
General Admission. EASA reserves the right to refuse to admit and to eject from the Exhibit Hall any objectionable or undesirable person(s), and upon the exercise of their authority, the Exhibitor, its employees, and agents hereby waives the right and claim for damages upon EASA.
General Admission. For General Admission Ticket sales, Landlord shall retain twenty percent (20%) of gross receipts, and the remaining gross receipts shall be shared ("Shared Fees") by the Anchor Tenants in Celebrity Square (except for any Anchor Tenant hosting a Special Event, as set forth below). Tenant shall receive on a bi-weekly basis, Tenant's proportionate share of the Shared Fees collected. Tenant's proportionate share of Shared Fees for any time period shall be computed by multiplying the amount of such Shared Fees by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be, Tenant's Floor Area and the denominator of which shall be Anchor Tenants' Floor Area. The total square footage of all Anchor Tenants shall be known as the "Anchor Tenants' Floor Area".
General Admission. General Admission to the Zoo is available after 9:30am until closing and includes all day Zoo admission and the Sky Safari cable car (Sky Safari open from 9:30am until closing, weather permitting). General admission is subject to seasonal operating hours. Seasonal operating hours: Winter Hours (1 May ‐ 31 August): 9:30am – 4:30pm daily. Summer Hours (1 September ‐ 30 April): 9:30am – 5:00pm daily. *Retail prices are current at time of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. Zoo admission is currently GST exempt and any amendment shall be advised. * If selling general Zoo entry as a stand‐alone product direct to the public in any distribution channel, please ensure that the full retail sell rate is advertised as per the above. Advertising or selling at a lower rate on a standalone basis (not part of a package) is considered a breach of contract.
General Admission. General admission tickets are included in the purchase of a 2016 Blue Hawk club seat package. The value of the general admission ticket is $10.
