General and Professional Liability. General and professional liability insurance covering all activities of CONTRACTOR personnel during the executing of the obligations under this Agreement with coverage of not less than- One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any incident, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate per incident, and Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) excess liability policy for a maximum of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per aggregate limit.
