General Application. A. A uniform shall be defined as those items of distinctive clothing which are required by the Employer and which meet the following conditions: 1. Used to identify a specific group of Employees. 2. Shirt and/or trousers, blouse and/or skirt, dress or other clothing must be of the same design, color, cut, and style, and made of similar material for a specific group of Employees. B. Uniform accessories which are required by the Employer shall be furnished by the Employer and shall remain the property of the Employer while in the custody of the Employee. Accessories include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Xxx Xxxxxx belt 7. Hat 2. Holster 8. Ammo pouch 3. Handcuffs 9. Name tag 4. Handcuff case 10. Flashlight and batteries 5. Patches 11.
