Common use of General Application Clause in Contracts

General Application. For each Allocation Period, after giving effect to Section 6.3(b), the rules set forth below in this Section 6.3(a) shall apply for the purpose of determining each Member’s allocable share of the items of income, gain, loss and expense of the Company comprising Profits or Losses of the Company for such Allocation Period.
