Common use of General Audit Right Clause in Contracts

General Audit Right. Each Party has the right, at its sole expense, during normal working hours, and after reasonable Notice, to examine the records of the other Party to the extent reasonably necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement (including the Project Safety Plan or other documents that supplement this Agreement), charge, or computation made pursuant to this Agreement. If such examination reveals any inaccuracy in any statement, the necessary adjustments shall be made promptly; provided that, if the examining Party raises its objection more than twelve (12) months after the date of the statement in question, that objection shall be deemed waived.
