General Benefit Plans. 30.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Article the Company will maintain in full force and effect the above benefit policies and plans for those employees eligible to participate and agreeing to the deduction from their pay checks of the indicated amount where employee contribution is indicated. The Company will pay the balance of the costs of those electing to take coverage where contribution is indicated.
