Common use of General Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

General Business Expenses. A. Employer agrees to budget and pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

General Business Expenses. A. Employer X. Xxxxxxxx agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

Employer agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

Employer agrees to budget and will pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions on behalf of Employee deemed necessary by the Employee necessary Employer for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, state and local associations, and as well as organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s 's continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, advancement and for the good of the Employer.

Employer agrees to budget and pay for professional dues, including but not limited to dues for Employee’s participation and membership in the International City/ County City Management Association, the Washington City Management Association, and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in such other national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations deemed by the governing body as necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

General Business Expenses. A. Employer agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s 's continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good benefit of the Employer.

Employer agrees to budget and pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ City/County Management Association, and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

Employer agrees to budget and pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ City/County Management Association and Colorado City/County Management Association, and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

General Business Expenses. A. Employer agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer, subject to City Council approval.

General Business Expenses. A. Employer agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, stateState, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s 's continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer, including continued legal education and licensing expenses.

Employer agrees to budget and pay for approved professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.

Employer agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues, including but not limited to the International City/ County Management Association, dues and subscriptions of the Employee necessary for continuation and full participation in national, regional, state, national and local state associations, and organizations necessary and desirable for the Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of the Employer.
