Employer agrees to budget and pay for professional dues for Employee’s participation and membership in the International City Management Association, the Washington City Management Association, and such other national, regional, state, and local associations, and organizations deemed by the governing body as necessary and desirable for Employee’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement, and for the good of Employer. A cell phone stipend in the amount of $100.00 per month is also provided.
