Common use of General Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

General Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business travel and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive in the course of performing his duties under this Agreement. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented and shall be in reasonable detail and in a format and manner consistent with the Company’s expense reporting policy, as well as applicable federal and state tax record keeping requirements.
