General Comments. The JV agreement we are outlining is to define the working relationship that OYM & Zedex are considering for Laos and Cambodia. The agreement would cover specific areas/properties which have been identified by OYM and/or Zedex as prospective. All selected/acquired properties would be presented to the other party along with the initial planned work plan and budget. The other party would have 30 days to decide whether they would like to JV in the area/property. The JV would be formed at this time. If declined by the other party, the initiating party would be free to proceed alone. Subsequent properties identified will have new JVs formed under the same terms. It is recognized that areas may be recommended and work programs implemented before submitting a license application or having land title. This would allow regional field work in identified areas to be completed, under the JV, to validate/enhance the target environment and also permit a more focused sized application to be submitted.

General Comments. The type of paradigmatic collusive behaviour is probably the price agreement. It is an agreement by which two or more companies decide to set the prices of their products or services. It is a frontal attack which has as leading character one of the main elements of free competition; which is the price. And it outstandingly affects to the interests of consumers, so it is considered an “extremely serious” behaviour 41. That is the reason why the Law bans in the first of its articles, and within it, the first of several cases of collusive behaviour included:
Article 1. Collusive behaviour
1. Any agreement, decision or collective recommendation, or concerted or consciously parallel practice, which is aimed to, produces or may produce the effect of preventing, restricting, or distorting competition in all or part of the domestic market and, in particular those consisting of: a) Price fixing, directly or indirectly, or other commercial or service conditions are forbidden (…)”.
General Comments. This mission report was prepared as part of the Twinning Project ”Support to the Israeli Central Bureau of Statistics (ICBS) in Enhancing the Quality of Official Statistics”. It was the fifth and final activity within component C: Infrastructures for Agricultural Statistics. The mission was dedicated to a long-term work plan for agricultural statistics. Most of the issues raised and discussions were concerned with topics under discussion in the EU framework as well. In particular, much effort is going to be put into defining a system of integrated agriculture statistics on the view both of statistics and indicators to be produced on routine basis, founded on a farm register that has still to be set up. The experts would like to express their thanks to all officials and individuals met for the kind support and valuable information which they received during their stay in Israel and which highly facilitated the work of the experts. The views and observations stated in this report are those of the consultants and do not necessarily represent the views of EU, ICBS, ISTAT or Statistics Denmark.

General Comments. Please provide side and rear elevations for both the townhomes and the small lot single-family detached dwellings (patio homes). The applicant contends that side and rear elevations are not required submittal items under the Planned Residential District and that they are unaware of other applicants being required to provide side and rear elevations. While sub-section 81.17. 07 5. b) does not expressly require elevations, sub-section 81.17.07 5. b) 3) requires “architectural design criteria for all structures.” We have routinely 10
