Common use of General Compliance by Customer Clause in Contracts

General Compliance by Customer. Customer agrees that (i) it shall comply with its obligations as Controller under Applicable Data Protection Law(s) in respect of its Processing of Customer Personal Data and any Processing instructions it issues to Outreach and (ii) it has provided notice and obtained (or shall obtain) all consents and rights necessary under Applicable Data Protection Law(s) for Outreach to process Customer Personal Data and provide the Outreach Services pursuant to the Agreement and this Addendum.

Customer agrees represents and warrants that (i) it shall comply with its obligations as Controller under Applicable Data Protection Law(s) in respect of its Processing of Customer Personal Data and any Processing instructions Instructions it issues to Outreach and (ii) it has provided notice and obtained (or shall obtain) all consents and rights necessary under Applicable Data Protection Law(s) for Outreach to process Process Customer Personal Data and provide the Outreach Services pursuant to the Agreement and this Addendum.
