General Compliance with Laws. The PARTIES will fully comply with all applicable laws including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act and Proceeds of Crime Act (“LAWS”). SELLER will promptly notify BUYER if SELLER receives any request from any governmental body relating to SELLER’s performance under this AGREEMENT.
