Marking of Products. To the extent commercially feasible and consistent with prevailing business practices, COMPANY shall xxxx, and shall cause its AFFILIATES and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its SUBLICENSEES to xxxx, all PRODUCTS that are manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each issued patent under the PATENT RIGHTS that applies to such PRODUCT.
Marking of Products. To the extent commercially feasible and consistent with prevailing business practices, SIIL shall xxxx, and shall cause its Affiliates to xxxx, all Products that are Manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each issued patent under the Visterra Patents that applies to such Product.
Marking of Products. Licensee shall mark all of its Licensed Proxxxxs that are manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each applicable patent of the Patent Rights that applies to the Licensed Products. Licensee shall annually provide Licensor with notice of compliance with this Section 13.2.

All Owner Software Code and Documentation and all copies thereof permitted under this Agreement shall be marked with the Owner's copyright and other proprietary notices as the Owner may reasonably direct. All New Software and New Documentation shall be marked with the Owner's copyright notice and registered under the Owner's name. The parties agree to cooperate in all copyright registrations and to provide to each other information and documents required for such registration. To that effect, the Developer shall provide the Owner with copies of all New Documentation within five (5) business days of its creation.
Marking of Products. LICENSEE shall accordingly affix or cause to be affixed proper statutory patent, trademark and/or copyright notices to each apparatus made by LICENSEE under this Agreement.

However, Developer may mark xxxh its own patent or copyright notice and register Derivative Works of the Development Process or Development Documentation prepared by Developer that constitutes original works of authorship, provided that this Development Process and Development Document are identified in any such registration as preexisting works of Owner. The parties agree to cooperate in all patent and copyright registrations and to provide to each other information and documents required for such registration.

Marking of Products. 8.1. All Code and Documentation, including any Enhancements, shall be marked with Owner's copyright notice. All Products offered by VAR shall display Owner's copyright notice and the Code shall otherwise be presented as set out in the Development Agreements. VAR may mark xxx Code included in Products with its own trademark and copyright notice as set out in the Development Agreements.
