Marking of Products. To the extent commercially feasible and consistent with prevailing business practices, COMPANY shall xxxx, and shall cause its AFFILIATES and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its SUBLICENSEES to xxxx, all PRODUCTS that are manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each issued patent under the PATENT RIGHTS that applies to such PRODUCT.
Marking of Products. To the extent commercially feasible and consistent with prevailing business practices, SIIL shall xxxx, and shall cause its Affiliates to xxxx, all Products that are Manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each issued patent under the Visterra Patents that applies to such Product.
Marking of Products. Licensee shall accordingly affix or cause to be affixed proper statutory patent, trademark and/or copyright notices to each apparatus made by Licensee under this Agreement.
Marking of Products. Licensee shall mark all of its Licensed Proxxxxs that are manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each applicable patent of the Patent Rights that applies to the Licensed Products. Licensee shall annually provide Licensor with notice of compliance with this Section 13.2.

All Owner Software Code and Documentation and all copies thereof permitted under this Agreement shall be marked with the Owner's copyright and other proprietary notices as the Owner may reasonably direct. All New Software and New Documentation shall be marked with the Owner's copyright notice and registered under the Owner's name. The parties agree to cooperate in all copyright registrations and to provide to each other information and documents required for such registration. To that effect, the Developer shall provide the Owner with copies of all New Documentation within five (5) business days of its creation.
Marking of Products. Purchaser agrees that all Products may be exclusively marked by Manufacturer "Upsys" or such other marking that Manufacturer shall request. Purchaser will not take action to mark any Products with any txxxx name, trademark or similar marking without the prior consent of Manufacturer.

Licensee agrees to xxxx every Licensed Product manufactured, sold, imported or advertised by it (as well as all brochures and advertising material relating to Licensed Products) as to patents pending or patents issued, all in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in each country, and further to xxxx promotional materials as provided in Section 6.5.
Marking of Products. 17.1 Licensee shall suitably xxxx or cause to be marked all containers and packages of any Product Sold pursuant to this Agreement, and shall fix or cause to be fixed on some conspicuous part of every such Product where appropriate, a stamped plate or other method of marking containing the relevant U.S. Patent Number(s).
