Common use of GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT Clause in Contracts

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT. (i) Subject to clause 11 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT. (i) 22.1 Subject to clause 11 Clause 19 above, the Allottee(s) Lessee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain for maintaining the Unit at his/her its own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Unit, Unit and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) 15.1 Subject to clause 11 para 12 above, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the the Building, or the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter after or make additions to the Unit, Unit and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) 16.1 Subject to clause 11 12 above, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Unit, and keep the said Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) 15.1 Subject to clause 11 para 12 above, the Allottee(s) Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Unit, Unit and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto thereto, in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

(i) 16.1 Subject to clause 11 7 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE UNIT. (i) Subject to clause 11 17 above, the Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Unit, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Unit, and keep the Unit, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipes and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto in good and tenantable condition and repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.
