ELECTRICITY CONNECTION i. That the Purchaser shall be required to get and maintain separate electric connection for the said premises in his own name from RVVNL and the entire cost of the electric meter and its fixation charges, cabling, MCB, main switch and other fittings shall be borne by him and shall be reimbursed to the Promoter if the same is incurred by the Promoter. The Purchaser shall be entitled to avail and get electric connection from RVVNL only after the aforesaid obligations are complied with and N.O.C. obtained from Promoter by him. ii. The Allottee has further agreed to pay the difference of the check meter and actual reading meter of the individual user of RVVNL proportionately if the check meter is installed by the State. iii. The Allottee will ensure to use similar material for electrical wiring, switch gear, air-conditioning ducting, plumbing and all such service utilities which are connected to the main equipment/ service of the Project. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical system installed by the Promoter. iv. Electric charges for the separate meter installed for common facility like lift, Tube well, Parking area, outer development staircase, corridors, gates, control room etc. shall be paid by the Allottee in proportion to the area of the Said Premises as per demand by the Promoter /Society. v. If, however, due to any subsequent legislation/Government order or directive or guidelines or change in the National Building Code of India (NBC) 2005 or if deemed necessary at the sole discretion of the Owner/Promoter /Society, additional fire safety measures are undertaken, then the Allottee shall pay on demand the additional expenditure incurred thereon on a pro-rata basis as determined by the For Xxxxxx Buildcon Owner/Promoter /Society, which shall be final and binding on the Allottee.

ELECTRICITY CONNECTION. 7.2.1 Greensteam shall design and construct or cause to be designed and constructed Electricity lines necessary to transport the Electricity within the Site Boundary from an Aera connection at the Site Boundary, the location of which shall be determined by Aera. Aera shall design and construct the Electricity interconnect facilities to the Site Boundary, for which Greensteam will pay all costs, including design, labor, materials, overhead and Installation. 7.2.2 Greensteam shall be responsible for and shall bear all costs associated with the design, Installation, construction, metering and commissioning of the Electricity line, interconnect and metering facilities within the Site Boundary. Aera shall be responsible for and bear all costs for the operation and maintenance of the Electricity interconnect to the Site Boundary.
ELECTRICITY CONNECTION. SUPPLY & ELECTRIFICATION CHARGES: (i) You agree that since a separate electric transformer will be required in the said project through which separate electric lines and connections will be provided to the occupants including yourself and separate meters will be installed for each separate residential unit. Therefore you shall have to pay a sum of with respect to a 3 Phase Electricity Connection upto a load of 3KW, to us. You shall be liable to pay all such amounts and charges as per the M.P.M.K.V.V. Co. Ltd. Rules for the Electricity and electric Meter Connection, directly to the service provider and we shall not be liable for separate meter connection in the unit/flat booked by you. However we may assist you in getting the individual meter connection for the flat/unit booked by you. It is hereby made clear that the amounts so recoverable from you against electrical charges shall always be, over and above the basis sale consideration as mentioned under clause 2 above and shall be recoverable separately from you. We shall not be responsible for any delay/ damages due to or non- supply of electricity by State Electricity Board/Company, or any other consequence arising thereof. (ii) You agree that it shall also be our responsibility to complete external electrification works of the building or part thereof, as per the estimate and work order awarded by M.P. State Electricity Board/Concerned Electricity Supply Company, and to assist you in getting permanent residential electric connection, as per the rules and regulations of M.P. state Electricity Board/ Concerned Electricity Supply Company, but we shall at no time be responsible for any delay, which occurs in getting the estimate & drawing sanctioned, charged by M.P. State Electricity Board or/any electricity Company or to supply electricity in any manner whatsoever to you from our own electric connections. In case as stated above in this clause, if delay occurs, the date of handing over of residential unit, will be considered to be extended accordingly. If you desire to take possession of completed unit, before such electricity connection is provided by the Board/Concerned electricity company, you alone shall be responsible to arrange electricity/take temporary electric connection on your own costs and risks. The Allottee shall be entitled to avail and get electric connection from Electric Department only after the aforesaid obligations are complied with and N.O.C. is obtained from Promoter by him.

ELECTRICITY CONNECTION a) There shall be a single electric connection for the Project to be obtained from JVVNL by the Promoter. b) Separate sub-meters will be installed for the Unit and reimbursement of power consumption will be charged by the Promoter / maintenance agency/ society in the manner, they deem fit. It shall be a prepaid meter keeping track of electricity, power back up charges and maintenance charges pertaining to the Unit and if the Allottee(s) fails to keep positive balance, electricity and other supplies to the Unit will stop. c) The infrastructure and the electrical design of the building is such that there is no provision for independent connection, hence the Allottee(s) shall not obtain direct electric connection from JVVNL or from any other agency / electricity supplier. The electricity connectivity of required load for the Allottee(s)’s legitimate usage may be provided to each Apartment by the Promoter /maintenance agency/society from the main electric connection to be obtained by the Promoter. However, security deposit for the electricity may be demanded by the Promoter/ maintenance agency/ society based on consumption of the Unit as per the prevailing law. d) The Promoter undertakes not to charge any extra amount of electricity charges apart from the bill received from JVVNL and Allottee(s) will be at the liberty to check the same at any given point of time.

  • Electricity 14.01 Tenant shall obtain electricity for the Demised Premises on a direct meter basis, Tenant shall be responsible for and pay to the applicable utility all charges for electricity as measured by such meter. Landlord shall not in any way be liable or responsible to Tenant for any loss or damage or expense which Tenant may sustain or incur if either the quantity or character of electric service is changed or is no longer available or suitable for Tenant’s requirements. Any additional riser or risers to supply Tenant’s electrical requirements, upon written request to Tenant, will be installed by Landlord, at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, unless, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, the same will cause permanent damage or injury to the Building or the Demised Premises or cause or create a dangerous or hazardous condition or interfere with or disturb other tenants or occupants. In addition to the installation of such riser or risers, Landlord will also at the sole cost and expense of Tenant, install all other equipment proper and necessary in connection therewith subject to the aforesaid terms and conditions. Tenant covenants and agrees that at all times its use of electric current shall never exceed the capacity of the feeders to the Building or the risers or wiring installation which Landlord represents is sufficient for ordinary office use. It is further covenanted and agreed by the Tenant that all the aforesaid costs and expenses are chargeable and collectible as Additional Rent and shall be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord within ten (10) days after the rendering of any xxxx or statement to the Tenant therefor. Tenant shall make no alterations or additions to the electric equipment and/or appliances without the prior written consent of Landlord in each instance, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, should electric service be interrupted for a period of more than five (5) consecutive business days through the sole fault of Landlord so as to prevent Tenant from using at least seventy-five (75%) percent of the Demised Premises, Fixed Rent shall xxxxx until such service resumes and Tenant is able to resume the use of at least seventy-five (75%) percent of the Demised Premises. Should such service interruption prevent Tenant from using at least seventy-five (75%) of the Demised Premises for more than sixty (60) days and be due to the sole fault of Landlord, Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Lease by giving written notice to Landlord no later than the seventieth (70th) consecutive day and vacating no later than the ninetieth (90th) consecutive day. TIME BEING OF THE ESSENCE for Tenant as to both dates. 14.02 Tenant agrees not to connect any additional electrical equipment of any type to the Building electric distribution system, beyond that on Tenant’s approved plans for initial occupancy, other than lamps, computers and other small office machines which consume comparable amounts of electricity, without Landlord’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, in each instance. In no event shall Tenant use or install any fixtures, equipment or machines the use of which in conjunction with other fixtures, equipment and machines in the Demised Premises would result in an overload of the electrical circuits servicing the Demised Premises or the Building.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs.
