GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ROAD TRANSPORT. Article 8 Traffic Regulations The Contracting Parties shall endeavour to take appropriate measures to ensure the harmonization of road traffic regulations in force in their territories conform in substance to the provisions of the Convention on Road Traffic, signed at Vienna on 8 November 1968, and the Convention on Road Sign and Signals, signed at Vienna on 8 November 1968.
