General Contractor Obligation. General Contractor shall, within ten (10) days FNTP secure such insurance as required by this Article, except where noted to the contrary, and in no case less than is required by the applicable State Statute. General Contractor shall maintain and keep such insurance in force throughout the duration identified in the Contract.
