General control and notification obligations of the Contractor. 10.1 If the Contractor is of the opinion that an instruction violates the data protection regulations, the Contractor shall inform the Client immediately in text form. The Contractor is entitled to suspend the implementation of the corresponding instructions until it is confirmed or changed by the Client. The Contractor is not entitled to a substantive-law review.
