GENERAL COVENANTS OF LESSEE AND GUARANTOR. Each of Lessee and Guarantor, jointly and severally, covenants and agrees with Lessor, Administrative Agent and each of the Participants that Lessee and Guarantor shall comply with the following provisions of this SECTION 9.1, applicable to it, it being understood that the following covenants are in addition to, and not by way of limitation of, any covenant set forth in the Lease or any other Operative Document to which Lessee or Guarantor is a party.
